1. Payment Security Standards

Transactions processed through PepGen Lab are protected by internationally recognized payment security protocols maintained by our certified payment infrastructure providers.

Payment transactions are processed through infrastructure that maintains PCI DSS Level 1 standards for cardholder data security.

PSD2 Compliance

Billing & Shipping Verification

To protect against unauthorized card use and payment fraud, PepGen Lab LLC reserves the right to temporarily hold, review, or cancel any order where:

• the billing address differs significantly from the shipping address;
• the payment card originates from a country different from the shipping destination;
• unusual purchasing behavior or elevated fraud indicators are detected.

Additional verification may be requested before the order is approved.

Identity Verification

PepGen Lab LLC reserves the right to request government-issued identification or additional payment verification for transactions identified as high risk.

If the requested verification is not received within 48 hours of our request, the order may be automatically cancelled and any authorized payment will be voided or refunded to the original payment method.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

PepGen Lab LLC is committed to protecting customer information through secure data handling practices.

• Customer information is processed through encrypted payment infrastructure.
• Secure SSL/TLS encryption protects all communications.
• Payment providers may utilize network tokenization technologies for recurring transaction security.

4. Chargebacks & Transaction Integrity

To maintain a fair and transparent purchasing environment, PepGen Lab LLC utilizes professional chargeback prevention and dispute management systems.

We reserve the right to:

• Review disputed transactions.
• Submit transaction evidence to payment processors.
• Request additional verification from customers.
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Restrict future purchases from accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Cooperate with financial institutions, payment processors, and regulatory authorities when fraudulent activity is identified.

These measures are intended to protect both PepGen Lab LLC and our legitimate customers.

While protecting the integrity of our payment systems is essential, our priority is always to resolve issues directly with our customers whenever possible.

If you experience any payment issue, suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, or order concern, we encourage you to contact us immediately before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Our support team will make every reasonable effort to investigate the matter promptly and work toward a fair and satisfactory resolution.
