Thank you for choosing PepGen Lab LLC. This Shipping & Payment Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and paid for. By placing an order through pepgenlab.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Shipping Information
PepGen Lab LLC reserves the right to update this Shipping & Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier volume, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the carrier's tracking system.
Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered successfully delivered when the shipping carrier records the package as “Delivered” or “Signed For” at the shipping address provided by the customer.
PepGen Lab LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after confirmed delivery.
If you believe a carrier delivery error has occurred, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing shipment documentation and delivery confirmation whenever available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
PepGen Lab LLC is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP Shipping Model)
PepGen Lab LLC ships all international orders under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms.
Recipient Responsibility
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Payment Process
When applicable, your shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or another carrier) will contact you directly via email, SMS, telephone, or tracking portal to arrange payment before final delivery.
Regulatory Restrictions & Customs Seizure
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country.
PepGen Lab LLC is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, detained, refused entry, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies due to local import laws, regulations, licensing requirements, or restrictions relating to research compounds or peptides.
If your shipment encounters any customs or regulatory issue, please contact us immediately at contact@pepgenlab.com. While customs decisions remain outside our control, we are committed to working with you in good faith to review the situation and determine whether a reasonable solution may be available. Any assistance, replacement, refund, or store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PepGen Lab LLC.
Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs charges, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
Any return shipping costs, storage fees, customs handling charges, carrier penalties, or destruction fees imposed by the carrier may be deducted from any refund or store credit where applicable.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us immediately if they experience any customs-related issues so that we can work together toward the most appropriate resolution.
Our Transparent Tax Policy
To provide competitive worldwide laboratory research pricing, PepGen Lab LLC does not collect estimated import duties or taxes during checkout.
This Direct-to-Laboratory shipping model ensures customers only pay import charges when required by their country's regulations.
Many research shipments fall below local de minimis thresholds and may incur no additional import charges.
3. Payment Policy
Credit & Debit Cards
Orders paid using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or other supported payment methods will begin processing once payment authorization has been successfully completed.
ACH / Bank Transfer Payments
Orders paid via ACH or bank transfer will enter fulfillment only after funds have been successfully received and cleared in PepGen Lab LLC's designated U.S. business bank account.
Bank clearance typically requires 3–5 business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on the originating financial institution.
Customers are encouraged to consider this clearance period when planning laboratory research activities.

Reliable economy delivery via FedEx and/or Aramex. Fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
Standard Shipping
5–8 Business Days
Reliable standard delivery via FedEx and/or Aramex. Fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. Customs or carrier delays may slightly extend delivery times.
Express Delivery
3–5 Business Days
Priority delivery via FedEx and/or Aramex. Fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. This option is intended for customers who prefer faster delivery. Customs or carrier delays may slightly extend delivery times.
Free Express Shipping
Orders of $300 USD or more qualify for free Express shipping. Priority 3–5 Business Day delivery via FedEx and/or Aramex. Fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
